What level of fitness do I need to attend this camp?

We welcome runners of all levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. Sessions are tailored to meet each participant’s fitness level and goals.

How much running will we be doing each day?

The daily schedule includes a mix of runs, from easy recovery sessions to long runs and intervals, typically covering 8-18 km per day depending on the session, with a long run of between 24-33km depending on you.

What is included in the camp package?

Our package includes accommodation, breakfast and dinner, all scheduled training sessions, transportation for runs, a support vehicle, and daily coaching workshops. Airport transfers are also covered.

What should I bring with me?

You’ll need your running gear, including shoes for both road and trail running, comfortable clothing for warm and cool weather, a hydration pack, and any personal items for recovery and nutrition.

Is there downtime for recovery and sightseeing?

Yes, we build in time to rest and explore Granada and some favourite local places. You’ll have opportunities to relax, enjoy the local cuisine, and visit cultural spots throughout the week.

Can I come alone, or do people usually bring a friend or training partner?

Many participants come solo and find it easy to connect with others at the camp. Whether you come alone or with a friend, you'll feel welcomed into a supportive community of runners.
